Subject to the r 342 exemptions, an employer must not knowingly permit any of its employees to do construction work without a current construction induction card. Students on a work experience placement with the employer under the 2006 Education and Training Reform Act are treated as employees here. Maximum penalty: 100 units (individual), 500 units (company).
