For the whole construction project the principal contractor must retain the co-ordination plan and every revision, and while work continues must let these persons, among others, inspect them: anyone engaged to do construction work at the workplace, anyone about to start work there, and any HSR, any employee member of an OHS committee, or person nominated under r 23(4). Maximum penalty: 60 units (individual), 300 units (company).
