Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s94: s 94 Do not impersonate an authorised representative

Someone who holds no Part 8 entry permit must not, by any means, claim to hold one or pose as a registered employee organisation's authorised representative. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units. Checking the permit on entry (ss 88, 89(2)) is the practical control.
