No person may deny a workplace entry to an authorised representative. Nor may anyone intentionally obstruct, hinder, threaten or intimidate a representative who is using Part 8 powers, or induce or try to induce someone else to do that. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate. Employers who dispute how powers are being used should ask the Authority for an inspector (s 89(3)) rather than block entry.
