The warrantor takes steps reasonably calculated to make consumers aware of the mechanism when a warranty dispute arises. It may encourage consumers to come to it first but does not require it, and it handles disputes submitted directly fairly and quickly: within a reasonable time it decides whether and how far it will satisfy the consumer and tells the consumer, repeating the mechanism information of 703.2(b) and (c).
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
