A supplier that gives a written warranty on a consumer product, or that enters into a service contract on it at the sale or within 90 days after, does not disclaim or modify any implied warranty on that product. It may limit implied warranties only in duration, to the duration of a written warranty of reasonable length, and only if the limitation is conscionable, stated in clear and unmistakable language and prominently displayed on the face of the warranty (under a full warranty no duration limit is allowed). A disclaimer or limitation that breaks these rules has no effect under the Act or State law.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
