A warrantor giving a full warranty remedies the product within a reasonable time and without charge on any defect, malfunction or failure to conform, bearing all costs it or its representatives incur (including installing any replacement part), and extends these duties to every consumer owner during the warranty. If a defect or malfunction remains after a reasonable number of attempts to remedy it, the warrantor lets the consumer choose a refund or a free replacement of the product or part. A consumer can recover reasonable incidental expenses caused by delay or by an unreasonable condition. The duties do not apply where the warrantor shows the problem was caused by damage in the consumer's possession or unreasonable use, including failure to carry out reasonable and necessary maintenance.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
