Corrective action policies and procedures must be available and followed as necessary to keep the laboratory testing patient specimens in a way that ensures accurate and reliable results and reports. The laboratory must document all corrective actions taken, including when test systems do not meet the verified or established performance specifications (equipment or methods operating outside parameters, patient values outside the reportable range, or reference intervals found inappropriate for the population); when control or calibration results fail the acceptability criteria, in which case every patient result in the unacceptable run and since the last acceptable run must be evaluated for adverse effect and the necessary action taken to ensure accurate reporting; and when the reagent and specimen storage criteria under section 493.1252(b) are not met.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
