What does V4 require?

Those involved with AI should help build peaceful, just societies grounded in solidarity and concern for people and nature. AI should not be designed or used in ways that segregate or objectify people, weaken freedom, self-determination or safety, turn people or groups against one another, or endanger the shared existence of people, other species and the natural world.
