What does V2 require?

The health of the environment and ecosystems is a value to be recognised and advanced at every stage of AI. Everyone in the AI life cycle must follow environmental law, standards and precautionary practice, and should cut the ecological cost of AI, carbon emissions included, so as to limit climate and environmental risk and avoid unsustainable use of natural resources.
