UK ONR Cyber Security and Information Assurance (CSIA) for Nuclear Facilities 7.4-RM: Control of removable media

Use of removable media is limited to specifically authorised cases; an inventory records location and who has access, and personal or unapproved media are never used on official systems. Media carrying SNI is protected against loss and theft in transit by encryption and physical measures such as packaging, transit cases, escorts or couriers, the reason for each transfer is clear, and media is scanned for malware before use.
