UK Gambling Commission LCCP and Remote Technical Standards LC 17: Verify customer identity before gambling and avoid late identity demands at withdrawal

Remote licensees must obtain and verify at least name, address and date of birth before a customer gambles, tell customers before deposit what identity information may be needed and when, keep identity information accurate, and not require information at withdrawal that could reasonably have been requested earlier (unless another law requires it then).
