UK Gambling Commission LCCP and Remote Technical Standards LC 12: Assess money laundering and terrorist financing risk and keep effective controls

Licensees must assess the risk of their business being used for money laundering and terrorist financing, review it on material change and at least annually, and maintain effective, reviewed policies, procedures and controls in the light of it and of Commission guidance; casinos follow the Commission's AML guidance and the Money Laundering Regulations (remote casinos with equipment abroad as if the regulations applied), and other operators take account of the POCA advice.
