UK Gambling Commission LCCP and Remote Technical Standards LC 15.2.1: Notify key events within five working days, including security breaches and gaming system faults

Licensees must notify the Commission within five working days of key events: insolvency events; new 5 percent shareholders or controllers; unregulated loans; changes in key positions; material banking and payment processor changes; covenant breaches and loan defaults; overseas licence outcomes; regulatory or criminal investigations; auditor concerns referred to the board; gross misconduct sanctions on personal licence holders; material litigation; suspicious activity reports (by reference number); a security breach affecting the confidentiality of customer data or blocking customers' or staff's access to accounts for more than 12 hours; gaming system faults causing under or overpayments; and starting or stopping trading on domains or apps.
