Licensees must report to the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable information they know or suspect relates to an offence under the Act (including breaches of licence conditions), and betting licensees also information that may justify voiding a bet and, to the relevant sport governing body, suspected breaches of its betting rules; premises operators must report systematic or organised money lending. Betting operators should void bets placed in breach of sport integrity rules and bar staff from using suspicious betting information.
