UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) Standard 6: Standard 6: Policies and community standards

Uphold published terms, privacy policies, age restrictions, behaviour rules and content policies: use personal data only as the privacy information says, operate the moderation and monitoring the policies promise (with any reliance on user reporting alone made clear and reasonable for the risks), have systems that deliver content and anti-bullying commitments, and apply age-specific policies according to the child's age; failure to do so can make collecting and using children's data unfair.
