PEGI - Pan European Game Information Age Rating System 9.2: Article 9.2: Community standards

Signatories' terms of service for online environments include plain-language community standards that ban illegal or harmful content and behaviour (for example abusive, bullying, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, racist, sexist or threatening material, or content inciting hatred, terrorism, violence or self-harm, or harming players' physical, mental or moral development) and state the consequences of breaking them; and all reasonably practicable steps are taken so that environments with voice, text or video chat or image sharing shield children from unsuitable content introduced by other players.
