2 kap. Säkerhetsrevision: security audit by an independent body engaged by the supervisory authority (2 kap. 1 to 11 §§) – Sweden MCFFS 2026:12 Security Audit and Security Scanning Regulations

Sweden MCFFS 2026:12 Security Audit and Security Scanning Regulations 2:10: If a previously unpublished vulnerability is found in the operator's digital environment during an audit, the supervisory authority must ensure the independent body informs the operator and the authority without delay and in an appropriate manner

What does 2:10 require?

Where the audit uncovers a vulnerability in the operator's digital environment that has not been published before, the independent body must inform both the operator and the supervisory authority promptly and in a suitable way. The disclosure path runs during the engagement, not at the final report.
