SQF Code Edition 9 - Safe Quality Food 2.5.2: 2.5.2 Verification Activities (Mandatory)

The site documents and implements methods, criteria and responsibilities for verifying that GMP, CCP and other food safety monitoring was done, and that certified products are legal, and the person responsible for verification authorises each verified record (2.5.2.1). There is a verification schedule listing each activity, its frequency and who is responsible, which is implemented, with verification records kept (2.5.2.2).
