What does 20 require?

A supplier or other person under investigation must comply with a CCCS notice requiring production of specified documents or articles, or provision of specified information, at the time, place and in the form the notice states. The notice indicates the purpose and attaches the Part 3B offences. Where a document is produced, CCCS may copy it and require the person, or any present or past officer or employee, to explain it; where it is not produced, the person must say to the best of their knowledge where it is.
