The facility and its senior management regularly review the OSH management regulation and the other OSH requirements it works to, in formal meetings that evaluate whether the overall OSH strategy delivers the planned objectives and serves what the facility, its workers and the regulators need, progress toward the objectives, the results of major accidents, the corrective actions to take and how to take them in good time, the need for changes, the OSH matters to address as priorities, the effectiveness of the monitoring procedures reviewed last time, and any notes, comments and directives. All results and decisions are recorded in writing and kept easily accessible in the documentation system, sent through appropriate channels to the responsible persons for corrective action, to workers as appropriate and to the OSH committee or work team where one exists, and the review is repeated at an interval the facility sets by its needs and conditions, for example quarterly, half-yearly or annually. Applies at the intermediate and highest levels (not required at the lowest level).
