What does 2-2 require?

The facility ensures it has competent workers, meaning adequately qualified, suitably trained and sufficiently experienced people, to carry out the safety and health aspects of their duties. To that end it determines training needs and runs courses to meet them, provided to the workers concerned free of charge, in language and vocabulary they understand easily, during working hours where possible and by competent persons, and it documents both the content of each training and the workers who attended. Applies at the lowest, intermediate and highest levels.
