Samoa Telecommunications Act 2005 23(2): Use radio spectrum only under the spectrum rules and a spectrum licence

The Regulator's radio spectrum rules, which may set classes of spectrum and equipment, spectrum licence and apparatus authorisation requirements, technical standards for radio, interference-causing and radio-sensitive equipment, and conditions and restrictions on use, bind every user of radio spectrum or radio apparatus in Samoa; spectrum is used under radio spectrum licences issued by the Regulator, and interference disputes may be arbitrated, mediated or decided by order (22-24).
