Licence fees (application and annual), radio spectrum usage fees and fees for telecommunications numbers are prescribed by regulations, proposed by the Ministry with the Regulator and approved by the National Revenue Board; they must be impartial and competitively neutral and may be a percentage of licensed-service revenue. Fees due are a debt to the Government recoverable in court (10(1)-(3)).
