What does T-9 require?

The facility must design and apply a reasonable process to determine the CAHRAs in its supply chain, stating its resources (covering conflict, governance and human rights), its criteria and thresholds and how often it updates the determination, and record the areas identified; the list must include at least the DRC and its nine neighbours named in Dodd-Frank section 1502 and the EU indicative CAHRA list.
