Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) - Responsible Minerals Assurance Process T-1: 3TG: documented, public supply chain policy consistent with OECD Annex II

The facility must have a written supply chain policy for procuring its metal-containing materials that is publicly communicated (website, report, supplier code or industry site), carries an effective date, names the minerals, materials and supply chain risks it covers, is consistent with the OECD Annex II model policy, sets out the risk management process and commits to the due diligence steps of the relevant OECD supplement; its expectations must be communicated to suppliers of relevant material.
