Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 81: Provide complaint tools on secondary use and route opt-out complaints to data protection authorities

Article 81: natural and legal persons whose rights or interests are affected may complain, individually or collectively, to an access body about Chapter IV; the body keeps them informed, provides accessible complaint tools, and transmits complaints on the Article 71 opt-out to the GDPR supervisory authority with the information it holds.
