Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 77: Describe datasets with the HealthDCAT-AP minimum metadata in the national catalogue

Article 77 with Implementing Regulation 2026/2098 (applies from 26 March 2029): access bodies publish a standardised, machine-readable dataset catalogue in at least one Union language, shared with Data Governance Act single information points and federated in the EU catalogue (Article 79); holders provide dataset descriptions with the minimum metadata elements expressed in HealthDCAT-AP (among them access rights, applicable legislation, coding systems, contact point, custodian, description, distribution, geographical and temporal coverage, whether personal data, the competent access body, Article 51 health data category, identifier, keywords, language, record and individual counts, provenance, publisher, title, type and variables).
