Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 78: Label publicly funded datasets with a data quality and utility label

Article 78: holders may apply a Union data quality and utility label, and must do so for datasets collected and processed with Union or national public funding, covering documentation (metadata, dictionary, formats, source, model), technical quality (completeness, uniqueness, accuracy, validity, timeliness, consistency), quality-management maturity including bias examination, coverage and representativity, timeliness of access, and modifications; access bodies revoke inaccurate labels; the visual design is set by implementing act due 26 March 2027.
