Queensland Valuers Registration Act 1992 41-42: No unauthorised dealing with the register; fee waiver

Unless authorised by the Act, a person must not make, alter, remove or restore an entry in the register (maximum penalty 50 penalty units). The Board may waive a fee in whole or part under section 42.
