The Board keeps the Register of Valuers of Queensland in the custody of its secretary, who records the name and particulars of each registered valuer. Any person may inspect the register at the Board's office, and the Board must publish in the gazette and on its website a copy of the register as at 1 July each year. Registration is effected by entering the person's name, place of business (or residence), qualifications and any other prescribed particulars (section 32).
