Queensland Valuers Registration Act 1992 37: Notify changes of particulars within 30 days; removal and alteration of the register

A registered valuer must give written notice to the Board of any change in the particulars entered in the register within 30 days after the change. The Board removes the particulars of a valuer who has died or asked in writing for removal and may make other alterations needed to keep the register accurate.
