The lessor or agent gives the tenant the approved information statement (the tenant's and lessor's rights and duties, dispute resolution and where to get help) no later than the earlier of when the agreement is given for signing and the day the tenant becomes entitled to occupy; it need not be given again for a renewal with the same tenant.
