Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 s109: s 109 Allow consumers reasonable access to the building site

A building contractor must, at a consumer's request, allow the consumer reasonable access to a building site where building work is being carried out for the consumer; a contract term inconsistent with this is void. Nobody may contract out of the Act (s 108D).
