Principles for Doing Business at Lloyd's P13.5: 13.5 Use employee data and insight to create an inclusive employee experience

Employee data and insight inform action for an inclusive experience. Baseline: diversity data collected, at minimum gender and ethnicity where local rules allow, with steps to broaden it; data analysed for trends; qualitative and quantitative feedback used to improve the experience; culture, diversity and inclusion data discussed at board and executive committee at least annually with action; wellbeing support available and checks that employees have the tools they need. Higher levels add intersectional analysis, a diversity lens on the employee experience with adjustments, senior leaders in employee network groups, minimal variance in experience across groups, root-cause action on wellbeing and external diversity accreditation.
