NSW Surveillance Devices Act 2007 13: s 13 No manufacture, supply or possession of surveillance devices for unlawful use

No one manufactures, supplies (including sells and distributes), offers to supply or possesses a data surveillance, listening, optical surveillance or tracking device intending that it be used in breach of Part 2. Maximum penalty for a corporation 500 penalty units; for an individual 100 penalty units, 5 years' imprisonment, or both.
