No one demands, requires or receives rent above an amount fixed by the Tribunal (for example after an excessive rent or frustration order under ss 44 and 45). Within 14 days of a tenant's written request, during or after the tenancy, the landlord repays rent or other amounts paid beyond what the Act or the agreement requires.
