NSW Home Building Act 1989 s48T: s 48T No false notice that a Tribunal order was complied with

A person against whom a Tribunal order has been made under Part 3A may tell the Secretary it has been complied with, and must not do so if they know or ought reasonably to know it has not. If the Secretary is not told of compliance by the deadline the order is taken to be unsatisfied and may be recorded as such on the public register (s 48U). Maximum penalty 200 penalty units.
