A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct a departmental employee exercising functions under the Act or the holder of a s 126 entry authority, and an occupier of land, a building, vehicle or vessel entered under such an authority must provide the facilities and assistance reasonably requested, provided the authority was produced first.
