The risk assessment, involving all key partners, should identify residual risks left by the design and add them to the organisation's risk register so that operational and emergency contingency plans can be made in line with HBN 00-07, and it should provide the information the CDM Regulations require. Designers and the Group should take account of climate change effects on the infrastructure (flooding, moisture, condensation, higher ambient temperatures in plant spaces) and review the assessment when environmental conditions change. The Group should review the assessment regularly, and in particular when a room changes function or clinical activity.
