The Supplier gives the GQAR or Acquirer the access they need to the documented information relevant to the contract, in a form the two sides have agreed. SRD.1: characteristics that cannot be checked at final inspection are verified during realisation, including supervised External Provider tests, and the records are kept for the GQAR. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 7.5 (documented information).
