The Supplier keeps a process that works out what training is needed and brings to competence all personnel whose activities affect product quality, not only those named in ISO 9001's general competence requirement. SRD.2: AS9100D 7.2 already requires evidence of competence; the NATO emphasis is the maintained training-needs process for everyone affecting quality. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 7.2 (competence).
