What does SE-23 require?

The programme or project manager selects a decision analysis process that the Engineering Technical Authority has approved and puts it into practice: its activities, requirements, guidelines and documentation are tailored and customised for making technical decisions. The process covers identifying decision criteria, identifying alternatives, analysing them and selecting one, applied to technical issues and drawing on relevant data such as engineering performance, quality and reliability.
