What does SE-11 require?

The programme or project manager selects a product implementation process that the Engineering Technical Authority has approved and puts it into practice: its activities, requirements, guidelines and documentation are tailored and customised for realising a design solution by making, buying or reusing the end product at that product layer. The process produces the specified product, in the form the phase success criteria call for, so that it satisfies the design solution definition such as its drawings and specifications.
