NABERS - National Australian Built Environment Rating System HTL-6: Establish the hotel quality rating, pool area and function room seats

What does HTL-6 require?

Chapters 6 to 8: hotel quality is taken from an ATIC Star Ratings Australia report no more than 4 years old with no new rooms or facilities since, else self-assessed on the 13 KPI checklist (reception hours, meals, room service, bar, pool, spa, gym, laundry, concierge, porter, conference, average room size by measured areas or defaults, appliances for serviced apartments). Heated pools and spas heated or cooled for at least one consecutive month and reachable from common areas are measured by surface area, with closures of 14 or more consecutive days recorded. Function room seats count only rooms hired to the public with full HVAC (not restaurants), at licensed or published maximum seated capacity, weighted by weeks with at least one booking, without double counting partitioned rooms.
