3.2 and 3.5: a hotel is eligible when it operated as a hotel during the period and meets minimum coverage; new or refurbished hotels may start the rating period once open to the public. Typical hotels (standard, suite, boutique of up to 100 rooms, business and conference, gaming, serviced apartments, now typical in v4.2, ski and spa) are benchmarked; atypical hotels (student accommodation, resorts, hostels, motels with guest parking for 75 % of rooms or 25 % within 5 km of a capital city centre, pubs and B&Bs) may be rated with certification conditions. Energy and water may be lodged together on one rating period, and the office pattern of acceptable data, 5 % potential error, 7-year records and 120-day lodgement applies. Every rating has a physical site visit (delegable only to a hotels-accredited assessor) checking rooms, laundry, quality indicators, function rooms, heated pools and coverage.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
