NABERS - National Australian Built Environment Rating System HTL-4: Count guest rooms, out-of-service periods and laundry serviced rooms

What does HTL-4 require?

Chapters 4 and 5: guest rooms (any room or suite sold to one group, dormitories excluded) are counted floor by floor from hotel records verified by site counts of at least 20 % of levels, largest first; rooms uninhabitable for 7 or more consecutive days are recorded with dates (adjusted at 50 %). Laundry serviced rooms count only where an on-site hotel laundry, within the rating, launders the room's towels or linen (half service) or both (full service) for the whole period, confirmed in writing by the hotel, or by external hotels for rooms outside the building, with laundry availability days documented.
