A consumer may withdraw or cancel within one year of the contract a door-to-door contract for goods or services in quantities, frequencies or periods markedly exceeding ordinary daily needs, or one the seller made knowing it would push, or already had pushed, the consumer's holdings beyond that level, unless the consumer had special circumstances requiring it; the Article 9 consequences (no damages, seller's costs, refunds, void contrary terms) apply.
