On receiving an application away from business premises (or from a specified customer at the premises), the seller must immediately hand the applicant a document stating the kind of goods, rights or services, the price, the payment timing and method, the delivery or performance timing, the withdrawal and cancellation (cooling-off) matters and the items of the ministerial ordinance, unless the contract is concluded at the same time. With the applicant's consent the content may instead be provided electronically by an ordinance method (effective from 1 June 2023), deemed received when recorded in the applicant's file.
