The individual may cancel in writing or by electronic record within twenty days of receiving the contract document (restarting after a corrective document); the operator may claim no damages and bears collection costs; contrary terms are void. On other cancellation or non-payment, claims are capped at the statutory amounts plus interest (Article 58-3), except in instalment sales.
